Position Summary: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks for the organization. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional administrative support for the company and leadership team, assistance with board support, correspondence, meetings and events. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive attitude and polished, professional appearance. This position will multi task a variety of front office and department activities.
Position Requirements: Preferable four-year degree from college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training. Previous accounting experience preferred. Employee must have their own vehicle, driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
